Nutrients are our building blocks so it is very important that we get a healthy balance of all vitamins and minerals in our diet to sustain good health and vitality. All humans are unique in terms of biochemistry, metabolism, genetics and environment – this changing the way in which we break down and process our foods and absorb our nutrients.

To help determine a person’s nutritional health a number of tests and naturopathic observations are conducted. These include blood tests, urine tests, comprehensive stool analysis, hair samples, muscle testing, tongue and nail assessment, iridology (eye diagnosis) and a dietary assessment.
